2018 New Year’s Resolutions

I know that New Year’s resolutions are about the most useless things ever. But, I like to write down my intentions anyway. It’s up there with buying back to school supplies. Like shiny new notebooks and pencils.

Reduce Booze 🍷
More 🛏 sleep – Quality Sleep
Limit 📺 no more TV bingeing (okay, reduce it)
📱 Keep cell off of bedside nightstand (Don’t let the glow be the last and first thing of every day)
Meditation 🧘‍♀️(I seriously need this)
🏃‍♀️ running (I miss running – may need to do more ankle PT though)
More Biking 🚴 (Just registered for my first ride event in Santa Fe!)
⛷ skiing (we are headed to the mountain today)
More Reading 📚 (I set a goal on GoodReads and already read a book on New Year’s Day)
Reduce 🤬 cussing
Spending vacation (I’ve signed up for a program that reduces spending through a spending vacation – we’ll see about that)
